The first step in getting started is coming in for a Free Intro. This is a consultation where you will meet our team, tour our facility, set your goals and we’ll help you determine the best way for you to get started with our program. We can even do an assessment of movement and a quick workout if desired. Our personal mission is to help you be as fit, as healthy, and as happy as possible.
We use our Free Intro to get to know you, your past experiences with fitness, and the things you enjoy doing. We want to find out what health and fitness goals so we can determine the best way to achieve them. Together we will determine how close you are to meeting those goals and together we create a plan to meet them.
