We are excited to offer CrossFit Kids with certified, CrossFit Kid Coach. Our CrossFit Kid program is geared towards two age groups; Elementary School Kids and Middle School Kids. (High School Kids can participate in our General Program)
For the child ages 6-10, the CCCF Kids Program focuses on having fun, learning to move their bodies, and developing the love for a challenge. Kids learn proper mechanics and consistency in a safe, supportive, and structured environment. Whether your child is looking to cross-train for another sport or just starting their active journey, this program is for them!
The Middle School Program is for the student looking to improve their sports performance or create a positive relationship with fitness and health. Students become fast, explosive, powerful, strong, and agile through a supportive and challenging environment. This program yields confidence and toughness that translates to the field, classroom, and life. By scaling speed, volume, load, and intensity, we make each session appropriate for the beginner through to the elite high school athlete.
Class sizes will be limited to 8 participants.
