Jake Miller is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). He started yoga abroad in India, studying intensely the practices of yoga. He teaches a mixture of flow classes and restorative. In these classes we will be focusing on mobilizing joints and actively engaging muscle groups to strengthen, stretch and balance to balance our body. He is very excited to be able to share his experiences with you, help you feel better in all that you do!

Class time is Saturday morning at 10:15am!
